The Body Groove DVDs are designed to by played in a DVD player, but you can your computer, too if you have a DVD drive.
To view the videos, you'll need to use an application that reads the DVDs.
On a Mac, you'll find an application called DVD Player in your Applications folder.
On a Windows PC, you may have applications called "Windows Media Center" or "Windows DVD Player".
